This project has been submitted for Zoning Approvals.

This project, located a few blocks from the campus of the University of California on Telegraph Avenue will provide for 45 apartments. Parking for 20 cars and 50 bicycles will be provided. The massing of the building is driven by the need to minimize impact to the adjacent smaller scale residences and to provide outdoor living space for the residents.

The project provides garden space on the second-floor podium and on terrace gardens on the fourth and fifth floors facing west and views of the Golden Gate.

The project is expected to commence construction in the Summer of 2020.
