The Aquatic III – Fourth Street.
Aquatic III provides 152 apartments, 15,000 sf of retail and restaurant space and parking for 219 cars and 98 bicycles.

If looked at as a singular phased project, Aquatic I, II and III contain a total of 258 apartment units, 18,000 sf of ground floor retail space, parking for 219 cars and 133 bicycles with a total floor area of 320,000 sf.
