Aquatic V – Shattuck Ave.

The project, located in downtown Berkeley, is a 78 unit apartment building. The project features large windows and 9′-2″ high ceilings will provide good natural light and fresh air. Amenities include two landscaped rooftop gardens,  a landscaped inner courtyard, a street level cafe and a new public parklet in the right of way.  The building seeks to set a new standard for the development of high-density housing in the downtown area. The building meets LEED Gold standards.
