Morning Star Senior Housing

Morningstar, our first Senior Housing project, will provide 88 senior apartments and 24 memory care apartments in the heart of Berkeley.  The building provides subsurface parking for 40 cars and a host of amenities including gardens at the ground, second and sixth levels, full dining facilities, a chapel, a theater, club rooms, an art studio, a fitness studio, and a hair salon. The exterior is clad in a warm-hued brick with decorative metal grills which, at night, cast a serene pattern of dappled light. The project is currently under construction.
