The Prato Apartments will include 48 dwelling units plus 4 street level live/work units. The project will be “100% affordable.” The building is proposed to have a corten rain screen skin. Large windows and 9-foot ceilings will provide good natural light. Amenities include podium level gardens and a semi-freestanding community room.

The project has received all Planning approvals.
