Sacristy Apartments – University Ave.
Berkeley 2018
The 44 unit Sacristy Apartments is proposed for a largely empty lot (a former gas station) on a heavily trafficked intersection. The building is proposed with a multi-colored fiber cement rain screen skin. Large windows and 9-foot ceilings will provide good natural light. Amenities include a street level public cafe, and two gardens – one on the podium level and another on the rooftop. The project has been submitted for Zoning review.
