Studio 2000 (pre-fab/ modular)

Aquatic VI has been submitted for Zoning approvals. We expect to file for building permits in the  Summer of 2021.

The project will provide 82 studio apartments with parking for 40 bicycles. No automobile parking is required in the downtown zone. One commercial/cafe space at street level.  Twenty percent of the units are “below market rate” affordable. Two rooftop gardens help to break down the six-story mass of the building. The project is expected to be built largely off-site using modular/pre-fabricated units which will be craned into place.  The project is designed to be LEED gold certified.

The project is expected to commence construction in 2022.
