The Aquatic I – University Ave.

The Aquatic is composed of three separate buildings designed for three separate sites, phased as three separate but linked projects.

The Aquatic I provides 58 apartment units over retail and parking for 60 cars. Unit types in the 54,302-square-foot building include four studios, 46 one-bedroom, and eight two-bedrooms, with average sizes of 551, 740 and 1,086 square feet respectively. The project includes four very-low-income units.  Large windows and 9-foot ceilings will provide good natural light. Amenities include rooftop gardens, a gym, and a bocce ball court.
