The Hub – Student Housing at UC Berkeley

The project, located across the street from UC Berkeley, provides 87 student apartment units and four commercial spaces at street level. Every floor has a common lounge space and two rooftop gardens help to break down the eight-story mass of the building and provide needed space for the enjoyment of the outdoors with views to the Berkeley Hills to the east and San Francisco Bay to the west.
