The Landmark Shattuck

Located one block from the UC Berkeley campus at the corner of Shattuck and Allston Avenues in the heart of downtown Berkeley,  this 25-story mix-use housing project will provide 326 dwelling units over ground-floor commercial and lobbies.  One level of subsurface parking provides space for 51 cars and 271 bicycles. A rooftop garden offers refuge and outlook for residents. This will be among the tallest structures in Berkeley and we have sought to provide create a building that marries well with the existing urban fabric and imparts a sense of sculptural interest, all while working within tight budget parameters.

The project has been submitted for planning approvals. Construction is expected to commence in 2024.
