Adaptive Reuse Retail
Berkeley, California 2017
The design seeks to give identity to an unremarkable building located on a fast, heavily trafficked street. The project involves the adaptive reuse of an existing 10,000 sq. ft. industrial structure into retail space and includes a full seismic upgrade and a new facade skinned with a fiber concrete rainscreen.
