Dragon Bridge

This new building located two blocks from UC Berkeley campus on Telegraph Avenue will provide 48 student apartments in a massing which steps down from 8 stories to 6 stories. Our client was keen on creating a building of distinction and asked us to look to Asian architecture for design direction. Wrap around balconies at every floor and roof gardens at three levels create a lushly landscape experience.

The project is has been submitted for zoning approval.
