Kahn Residence
Berkeley, 2006
This 4,000 sf house was in serious disrepair when the Kahn Family purchased it. Virtually everything had to be replaced – all that remained was the existing wood framing. The house required a new foundation, new roof, new cedar shingles, all new windows and doors, new electrical, new radiant in-floor heating, and all new bathrooms and kitchen. And the attic, formerly non-accessible was converted to useable floor area.
